"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

I got a PM form a mate in relating of you and your so call Terms and Violation policies, i was told by some little birdy that the other artworks that was similar to mine, you comment by saying you'd like it alot to another DA member.

Unless someone reports it, it won't get removed in the end. If you have a problem with the fact someone else still has stuff like that up, then report it so the admins will become informed of it's presence and it will be removed.
And as what you just did could be reported as harassment.
Mate, I only let the DA staff do the reporting! if it had stuff showing more sicker stuff that's fully Hentai', then yes I would report it.
All it was is, Just showing the top half mate, I had a DA staff seeing it and PM me to warn me about it, that was all, I did one of May one time, That was only just a PM just to say it might be voided, did they remove it off my Gallery after that?

If i'd drawn it younger than 18, yeah I would remove it right away. Mates and critique said to me it is related and class her as over 18, I got a mate on here who is a top class critique.
If I was a DA staff, then Yeah I would report it for no usual reason, since I'm not a DA staff, I rather not do they're job unless it's a fully hentai relating! Alright!

As the DA staff doesn't report stuff, they only remove and enforce the rules where it's needed your whole "I only let the DA staff do the reporting" logic doesn't hold very well.
And I doubt the last one was a DA staff seeing and warning you ether, as they themselves aren't allowed to give warnings and can get them in major trouble with not only their superiors but also with the employer.
You must of ignore the FAQs I did link you completely as that's covered in them as well.

"No female between the ages of two (2) and eighteen (18) may be depicted topless or implied to be topless in any manner whatsoever."
And you would of rather of been banned for it then have someone inform you that their breaking the rules? Then fine then, you'll find yourself banned sooner or later if you keep it up.
